Description
This exercise is performed at high intensity. Exercises in the squares should be performed for 2-3 minutes, followed by a station change during a 1-minute break. After each "heavy" square, there is a rondo, which must also be performed at a high tempo. Square 1 (bottom left): 2 players stand in front of each pole. The first player passes the ball, the opposite player receives, dribbles around the pole at high speed, and passes to the next player. Square 2 (top left): 3v1 Rondo. When 10 successful passes are completed, the player in the middle must do push-ups. Square 3 (center): 2v2 in the square. If players complete 5 passes between them, they can finish in one of the large goals to score a point. Square 4 (bottom right): 3v1 Rondo. If 10 successful passes are completed, the player in the middle must do push-ups. Square 5 (top right): Loose running on 2 bands, then a diagonal sprint at high speed. Then run again. The sprint is always performed at the same cone.
