Description
STATION 1: SLALOM WITH BALL AND DRIBBLE TO THE BYLINE. LEAVE THE BALL THERE. STATION 2: CONTINUOUS RUNNING TO THE START OF THE COORDINATION LADDER AND RETURN TO THE BYLINE TO RETRIEVE THE BALL. STATION 3: BALL PROGRESSIONS PLUS PASS TO THE COACH. STATION 4: COORDINATION THROUGH HOOPS + CONTINUOUS RUNNING + BALL CONTROL. STATION 5: BALL DRIBBLE AND MOVEMENT TO THE START OF THE POLES. STATION 6: WEAVE THROUGH THE COLORED POLES CALLED OUT BY THE COACH AND SHOOT ON GOAL. IMPORTANT: RETRIEVE THE BALL TO RESTART THE CIRCUIT.
