Description
Players A and C pass to B and D, respectively. Player A goes through the coordination ladder (specify various step and jump sequences). Player C goes through the pole circuit. Players B and D dribble through the slalom circuit and then finish into the mini goals. After that, players retrieve the ball from the goal and line up in the positions next to the goal.
