Circuit with Shooting and 1v1

Description

The player in green starts the drill with a pass to the coach (teammate). Immediately, they head to the coordination ladder and go through it with short steps (left and right in each square). Next, they jump over the hurdles with quick, explosive jumps and receive a ball from the coach (teammate). The player dribbles around the pole and shoots on goal. Then, they retrieve the ball and start directly into a 1v1 against the opponent in black, trying to score a goal. After the action, green becomes the defender and black goes to the back of the line.
