Description
Objective: - Switching play. Conditioning rules: - Wide channels must always be occupied by a wing-back + interior midfielder, maintaining proper spacing. - Other attacking and defending players may only enter the channels when the ball is present. - Pivot and center-back must always remain behind the ball. Notes: - The drill always starts from the goal at the halfway line. - Continuous play.
