Description
Exercise 1: Position at the yellow starting cones. The red cones serve as a corridor to dribble through. Exercise 2: Dribble towards each red cone successively and perform a cut. Variations Exercise 1: Use right outside, right inside, right outside, right inside, etc. Dribble with the sole. Tap the ball between the feet (look up from the ball). Exercise 2: Incorporate feints before the cones (include arm movement) (ensure appropriate speed when feinting). Cut with the outside/inside/behind the standing leg.
