Description
Objective: - Finishing automatism. Conditioning rule: - If the defenders win the ball, they can score in any of the small goals. Observation: - Defenders will not retreat until the coach blows the whistle. - If defenders win the ball, they must press the ball carrier and potential receivers for 6 seconds.
