Description

The attacking team consists of two full-backs, two CMs, three AMs, and a striker. The attacking team must finish with a through ball behind the back four, using previously practiced movements. If the defending team regains possession, they try to reach the halfway line. FOCUS ON: - Attacking mindset of full-backs to free up the wide AMs. STRUCTURES COGNITIVE: runs, free spaces, etc. COORDINATIVE: passing, ball control, dribbling, etc. CONDITIONAL: RSA (Power)
