Endurance Conditioning with Ball

Description

Players perform various technical tasks in a square. The first player starts with the ball towards the center circle. They make a firm pass to Coach 1 and run around the center circle. Coach 1 passes back to the player, who takes the ball and dribbles towards the cones. Dribble through the cones. Recover the ball, dribble towards the hurdles. Play the ball to the right of the hurdles and jump over them. Recover the ball, feint, and chip the ball into the right corner. The goalkeeper recovers the ball, the player runs to the left corner flag. The goalkeeper throws the ball to the player. The player performs a one-two pass with Coach 2, receives the ball, and dribbles towards the coordination ladder. Pass the ball past the coordination ladder and perform a coordination task. Recover the ball and dribble quickly back to the square. Once the player completes the dribbling through the cones, the next player can start.
