Description

Form pairs, each with one ball. Exercise 1: Practice passing, receiving, clapping, turning, etc. Exercise 2: The player with the ball tries to shield it and defend against their partner. If the defender wins the ball, they must maintain possession. Keep the exercises short, around 30-45 seconds.
