Description
Player A starts with an explosive dribble, takes a shot in front of the penalty area, and then rounds one of the cones behind the goal. At the same time, player B starts, dribbles through the poles, and then engages in a 1v1 duel against defender player A. Player A defends towards the goal they rounded. If player A regains possession, they can also score. The exercise ends when a goal is scored, the ball goes out of play, or after 10-15 seconds.
